an association with Le Cordon Bleu representing a union
of the finest in European and North American cooking
and culinary education programs available today. |
This college prepares its students for professional
opportunities and career success by providing a personalized,
hands-on education in the classic and modern culinary arts.
Students are exposed to international culinary techniques
which focus on demonstration followed by practical application.
Upon completion, students will graduate with an Associate
of Occupational Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary
Arts.
